It's a well-known fact - McAuley mums are some of the very best around!

Mrs Boxall - liz_mum.jpgMy mum, (Anne, Nanny or Topsy to some) is a very practical woman with strong values, a big heart and a great sense of humour. She is a great cook and extremely kind. She has 3 children, 11 grand children and 3 great grand children, soon to be 4!

She loves to knit, sew, cook and potter in her lovely garden. She still lives in our family home in Northern Sydney where we all grew up with my 90-year-old dad.

If you lose anything she would always pray to St Anthony and everything would always be found!

Her banana muffins, cheesecakes and strawberry ice-cream are the best.
