The optional Year 5 to 10 McAuley annual Ski Trip will take place on Friday 16^th August 2019. 

Arrangements for our ski trip have changed slightly from previous years so it is IMPORTANT to read all information carefully to ensure you fully understand the arrangements.

Transport will be by two Goodes coaches, departing at 6:00am from the school bus stop. Returning at approximately 5:30pm. We have a strict student / supervising teacher ratio on this excursion.

Mt Selwyn requires bookings and payments in advance, and DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.

Students, who wish to attend, need to return a PAPER-COPY permission note by Monday 29^th July. All paper work will go home with students in the first week of Term 3. 

A student’s place is NOT CONFIRMED until the ‘paper-copy’ permission note attached, is returned to either school office. Please do NOT email the form to the school office as we are trying to give every student an equal opportunity to attend.

Places will be filled in order of the note return (correctly completed & $50 deposit received) - Seats fill quickly and may fill before the due date on the note. Seats will be forfeited if money is not received by the due date.

REMINDERS:

1. Your place is NOT CONFIRMED until the ‘paper-copy’ permission note is returned to either school office.

3. A non-refundable deposit of $50 will be due with the paper copy return.
4. The balance of the package is due by Monday 29^th July 2019.
5. Seats will be forfeited if money is not received by Monday 29^th July 2019 and seats offered to those who may be on our waiting list.
6. No snow-boarding permitted.
7. In order to participate in this optional ski trip, all school fees and any other outstanding excursion costs must be up to date.

For budgeting purposes, the most expensive package will be $115.00. Please do not respond to this article; all paperwork and full information will be provided after the holidays.
