UNIFORM UPDATE

Embroidery.jpgGREAT NEWS! With the help of Wendellie on Wynyard, we can finally reveal that the updated McAuley Crest is ready for embroidery. The Community Council have organised a few options to get these crests on shirts ASAP. Wendellie are making it a priority to get them completed as quickly as possible and are hoping to work with our school community.  The community council wish to advise the following options:

1. Wait until the school holidays and then bundle all your shirts together, drop them in to Wendellie (Wynyard St, Tumut) and they‘ll call you when they are ready for your collection.

2. Wendellie are planning on doing a collection of shirts on the 11/3- and subsequently every Monday (except Easter Monday) until the end of term. Shirts will need to be bagged as a family, and dropped into the school office. Bags must be labelled with name and class, so the shirts can be returned. Wendellie are committed to picking the shirts up on Monday, and returning them no later than Tuesday afternoon. So you may need to drop shirts in over a couple of weeks to get all your shirts embroidered. Remember if you use the option, the whole school cannot get all shirts completed on the first Monday. Please take into consideration that our new families to the school (kindergarten, year 7 and all new students) may have no shirts with any logos. So please be patient.

3. You can take them directly to Wendellie, but please bear in mind that Wendellie are committed to our pick up Monday/drop back Tuesday deal, so your shirt may take a little longer if you drop them in on a Monday morning or Tuesday.   We hope that with these three options all shirts will be embroidered ready for photos on the 6th May.  We hope you are happy with the outcome, we think the Crest looks great. We are also happy that the new crest design will not look vastly different from the old shirts, with the major update being the change of name. The Community Council would like to thank the school community for their patience.

This is just for uniforms without the current Logo/emblem, students can still wear their existing uniform until new ones are needed.

There is no cost for the embroidery as this was covered in the initial purchase price.
