Hands on Learning

In Year 10 maths, we had to create a sculpture using a variety of shapes, to meet the required volume of 4.35L. Most people measured their shapes separately and then converted their measurements to litres. We then stuck our sculptures together and decorated them to make them look appealing. If the sculpture didn't meet the required volume we had to make adjustments to our sculptures to then meet the required volume. These are some of our amazing sculptures.
