COMMUNITY COUNCIL UPDATE
At last night’s Community Council AGM the following Office Bearers were elected:
Chair: Natalie Bartlett
Vice: Lucinda Clay
Treasurer: Mel Pearce
Secretary: Alyson Forsyth
Congratulations and thank you to our Community members who give so freely of our time in the support of our school and students.
This year the Community Council are keen to re-connect our families and work towards quite specific goals. This is in line with the School’s Strategic Plan 2022-2024 which was presented by our Principal, Mr Moore last night.
- Assemble a Working Party to plan exterior works – landscaping, plantings and outdoor shade and play areas.
- Create a Master Plan for the works above.
- Contact local businesses and Families in terms of services and offerings/donations.
- Plan and follow through on refurbishment of play/social spaces and equipment on Primary and Secondary Campuses.
- Organise social gatherings to re-connect our families.
- Build the membership and promote the Community Council as an active and vibrant supporter of our school.
