FROM THE REC
Once, a grandfather wanted to teach his grandson some life lessons, so he said to him, “Grandson, there’s a major battle taking place within me. There’s a battle between two wolves. The first wolf is a bad wolf filled with anger, bitterness, resentment, fear, anxiety, and stress. The second wolf is a good wolf filled with love, compassion, belief and confidence.”
The grandson replied, “Okay, granddad,” and walked away for a few minutes to think about what his grandfather said.
He then returned and asked, “So Granddad, which wolf will win?”
“The one you feed,” The grandfather responded.
When it comes to self-love, which wolf are you feeding?
